Are you passionate about privacy and integrity matters, enjoy working in a fast paced, everchanging and multi-cultural environment? Our information security and privacy team are looking for a Privacy Officer to help us take our privacy initiatives and efforts to the next level.
As Privacy Officer, you will be a key function within CEVT that will serve as the focal point for privacy matters. Work tasks include to assist in ensuring that privacy is an integral part of the products and services of CEVT, spread awareness and knowledge on privacy to increase privacy competence throughout the organization, inspire the business to incorporate privacy into the daily operations and establish the frameworks, regulations and guidelines necessary to ensure privacy compliance.
You will be part of a highly dedicated and competent team that is responsible for managing information security and privacy for the organization. The position is based in Gothenburg and you will report to the Director of Information Security and Privacy.
We believe you are a committed and reliable colleague with good communication and presentation skills. You enjoy working cross-organizationally and functionally and solving issues related to privacy. To succeed in this role you have some experience of privacy and are familiar with privacy legislations and requirements in the EU.
Your main focus in this role:
• Be the go-to-person for matters related to privacy.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining privacy management.
• Provide practical advice and solutions to the business.
• Assist in the monitoring of and reporting on compliance with privacy legislations, e.g. the GDPR.
• Monitoring privacy enforcement actions and guidance.
• Analyzing and assessing risks related personal information processing.
Key attributes of our next colleague:
• Relevant academic education or experience deemed equivalent.
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience from the privacy field.
• A passion for structure and efficiency.
• Excellent communicator with an open and structured mind.
• Fully proficient in English both written and verbally.
