You are a structured ‘doer’. You great patience with administrative tasks as well as developing new areas within your field of responsibility. You are good at establishing internal and external contacts. You should have a high capacity for networking and a social capability to make good connections within the Lund site and throughout the Alfa Laval organization.
About the job
In this role you will support the Lund office in planning of trainings, webinars, customer visits and practical issues. Together with our marketing manager, develop and work with our internal communication, for instance in newsletters and on the web. In addition, you will support the implementation and usage of new digital tools and work processes to increase our internal efficiency.
The job is a part time position, estimated at 20 hours a week. It is a maternity cover and expected to be from September 1st 2021 and approx. 10 months.
What you know
You have experience from a larger international organisation and know your way around a complex work place.
You have an interest and the skills with digital work tools and processes (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, PIM).
As your work reaches beyond the borders of Sweden, you must be excellent in verbal & written communication in English. In this position it will also be an advantage to be able to speak Swedish.
