Job Description
AFRY are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Subconsultant Process Manager that will manage and own of our subconsulting processes. A role where your knowhow in business, process, and technology will be highly valued. You will be a part of AFRY’s financial team in Group Finance and work in a team located in various countries across the AFRY group. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain insights and knowledge of a diverse global business and is a fulltime employment, located in Sweden.
Our subconsultants are an important resource for AFRY when providing extensive competence to customer operations and business projects. The subconsultants are managed within our integrated system landscape, with key applications being our CRM, ERPs, Subcon App, MDM and Partner Network. Key flows within the landscape are:
Registration, activation, and administration of subconsultants
Subconsultant time registrations on projects -> customer invoicing
Subconsultant time registrations -> subconsultant self billing to AFRY
Offboarding subconsultants
Your key responsibilities will include:
Establishing the first line of support for subconsulting related questions
Development of training, training materials and documentation for subconsulting processes
Coordination and project management improving processes and inefficiencies continously
Product owner of Subcon App (used for registering/administration of subconsultants)
Leading change and develop thorough understanding of the implications of country specific and local requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the individual we are looking for needs to be very proactive in learning the key data flows within our system landscape, and needs to develop a strong business understanding of subconsultant usage. You will need to have a high level of experience and seniority from roles in the area of business, finance or IT, or related field – where you probably have had a responsibility in project managing and/or leadership assignments.
Due to the nature of our integrated system landscape with various stakeholders within business and support functions, you need to have excellent communication skills and a strong drive to coordinate the stakeholders to achieve results. We work nationally and internationally, the role requires that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. Business, Process, and Technical knowhow are highly valued skills in this recruitment.
