Problem Process Manager

We need to strengthen the group Operations Excellence with a Problem Process Manager. It is a key role in Operations where improvements and quality are the keywords. A role where you collaborate with the entire organization and make sure that the operations works as a well-oiled machine.



This is the job

As a Problem Process Manager you will, among other things, work with and be responsible for;
The problem process.
Training in the process area.
Develop measurement methods for processes.
Follow-up of process fulfillment.
Drive other business issues.



You will have a central role within the technical organization and ensure that the clear and well-adapted processes and working methods are in place so that the organization works within the process area in a clear and efficient manner. An important element in this is implementation and continuous improvement towards set goals and KPIs. The role is not only focused on the Problem Process but also aims to support in the Incident and Change process as well as in other operational issues. The role requires a process-oriented, structured person who has no problem to work with in all parts of the organization and put the process in focus, but who can also be an authority and step in when things do not work out.


This is what you have

To be successful in this role we believe that you have;
Comprehensive experience of ITIL framework.
Previous experience of the problem process.
Experience from telecommunications is an advantage.
Good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing.



As a person, you should like working both independently and collaborating in teams. You want to take responsibility and dare to make decisions yourself. You have a great interest in analyzing and have a clear structure in your work. You seek information and are driven to improve. It is also important that you are able to work under stress and lack of time as things often happen very quickly.
