Let’s make a difference in finance for the many people

As a Process Analyst, you will be part of a bank wide process and automation team working in close partnership with colleagues across our different markets, IT and other functions. You will be a key member of the Automation Office scrum team, where we identify, assess, define and deliver process automation solutions such as RPA and intelligent automation. Important tasks will be to optimize and design processes before finding the right solution for automation.

This role will take a major part in developing the RPA and intelligent process automation initiative in Ikano bank. The strategic intent for Ikano Bank is to accelerate the use of RPA and automation, the Process Analyst is a key role to make that happen.

Key responsibilities:

· Participate as a process analysis resource in the Automation Office Scrum team, translating business needs into process improvements and automation features & stories

· Identifying and analyzing AS-IS processes and incubating them into TO-BE processes by understanding the requirements

· Lead process improvement efforts during the automation lifecycle

· Guide and support stakeholders across Ikano Bank in getting processes improved and automated

· Be recognized as a go to person in the team and organization when it comes to process improvement and automation

· Play a key role in our various collaborator forums, inspiring and supporting the organization around topics relating to process modeling, improvement and automation

· Act as a liaison between the Automation Office and its stakeholders in a wide range of initiatives, focusing on process improvement and automation

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have a background in business process automation, robotic process automation or Business Process Management. As a person you are customer oriented, analytical, curious and creative in finding new ways of working. You can build relations and manage initiatives across geographical and cultural borders. Knowledge of the UiPath software suite is an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

· You have several years of experience in process modeling and continuous improvement

· Experience with BPMS and BPMN standards is an advantage

· Strong analytical skills

· Detailed-oriented, with an eye on the big picture

· You excel in a fast paced and interactive work environment defined by change, experience of agile ways of working is a must

· Possess strong communication skills, you can have and facilitate discussions on different levels ranging from developers to management

· You are inspired by technology and keeping your knowledge updated in the process automation space

· Exposure to Six Sigma or lean methods and change management is an advantage

Operating in the Automation Office team that works both out of the headquarters in Malmo, Sweden and Warsaw, Poland you will report to the Automation Office Manager.
