Arbetsbeskrivning
Knightec has a strong presence in the Gothenburg automotive and medical technology businesses, two industries that are affected by major technology shifts as far as cybersecurity is concerned. Products are quickly becoming connected while new legal requirements place high demands on companies that develop connected products.
A forthcoming EU directive for the automotive industry will require development of cybersecurity management systems. The Medical Devices Regulation and the In-vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation require that medtech products follow strict cybersecurity procedures.
At Knightec we are now forming a cyber security group in Gothenburg to meet the existing and future requirements of our customers for expertise concerning safe and secure products, personal data protection and reliable systems. We are looking for talent to join us in creating a safer and more secure world.
This team will have the ambition to always work in cutting-edge technology such as self-driving vehicles, factory automation, submarines or life-saving medical devices. You will have a significant impact in deciding the direction in which the group will go.
We expect to have the group up and running Q4 2021, and would like to fill these positions by then. Interviews will commence after summer vacation.
We currently have two change management and compliance slots to fill.
Our best guess is that you are a project manager or engineer with an interest in the cybersecurity process. We expect that you are good at setting requirements, verifying against requirements, creating processes and following processes. We think that you want to help us help others to approach safety and security in product design in a structured and methodical way.
We believe that you are comfortable researching and understanding relevant requirements in existing and upcoming regulations and standards such as MDR/IVDR, UNECE R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO/PAS 5112, ISO 24089, ISO 26262, the ISO 27000 series, the NIST SP 800 series, CVSS/CVE, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 29147, ISO/IEC 15408 and ISO 9001, as well as the process aspects of technologies such as V2V/V2X, PKI and system architecture.
We also believe that you understand the requirements and implications of information security, vulnerability management, vulnerability disclosure, threat intelligence and incident response.
Functional safety experience in general, and from the automotive industry in particular, is meritorious.
Contact us for a completely unconditional discussion. If you have a recent resume we'd love to see it, but if you do not, don't worry about it.
