We are looking for a Process and Learning Specialist within the business controlling area to Assortment Support & Learning. This department provides expert knowledge in our business applications as well as user-centric learning experiences, supporting all Assortment teams within H&M Group in their goal to create Best Customers offer.
Assortment Support & Learnings is a central support unit for all Assortment teams within H&M Group with a mission to support and educate all colleagues working in our business applications throughout our Assortment process. We offer support and education to get the best out of our business applications as well as out of our colleagues. We make learning approachable and engaging and we strive to create user-centric learning experiences.
Job Description
In order to provide the best support, the ability to understand different roles, responsibilities, and ways of working is important, as well as system- and process knowledge. You need to have a strong interest in education, learning principles and sharing knowledge. You also need to take on a leading role to drive mentoring, motivation, and development of others within your area. For us at Assortment Support & Learning - teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration are vital for creating great results.
In order to support sustainable growth, we will be in constant need of new ways to optimize our strategies. By being a person with technical skills and business interest, both regarding business intelligence and commercial analysis, you will be in an exciting position to find these ways.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting and guiding the users in any business controlling related questions in our business applications through phone, email, chat, and trainings.
Striving for constant improvements in our ways of working.
Enable learning and development to all employees using relevant instructional learning techniques/solutions.
Ensure the cooperation between us and other functions.
Combine and analyze data in new ways to find clear actions and conclusions for improvements.
Play an important role in applying new analytical capabilities in our day-to-day business.
Qualifications

Additional Information
This is a fulltime position based in Stockholm to start 1st of March and you will report to the Support & Learning Manager.
