Our assignment within IKEA Expansion is to enable establishment of new customer meeting points. The assignment consists of three parts:
Manage and provide a menu of physical and digital customer meeting points
Develop, test and provide principles and solutions in the field of design and architecture.
Secure consistency of the IKEA Brand and enable successful implementation by providing relevant design services in establishments and rebuilds of Customer Meeting points
We cooperate with our IKEA franchisees in 53 countries all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment.
We are now looking for a Process and Service manager.
As a Process and Service Manager within Customer Meeting Points (CMP) department you lead development of processes, tools and methods related to conceptual design work. You also enable allocation of resources in the portfolio of expansion project.
In this role your task will be:
Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Core Business Franchise and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.
Develop and implement Business Plan directions connected to IKEA Customer Meeting Points.
Lead the development and continuously update the franchise offer for customer meeting points e.g. processes, methods, tools, solutions, service, support and examples.
Facilitate that our customer meeting points offer can constantly develop with the right preconditions in place (e.g follow up, dimensioning, accessibility, digital solutions)
Lead the total resource allocation of architects, specialists and support functions to deliver projects on time in accordance with set objectives.
Lead his/her team, securing competent and high performing teams and inspire and empower co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments.
Responsible for recruitment, competence development, performance management, retention and succession plans for the leaders in her/his team.
Create overviews and support with navigation of the status of actionplan, budget and head accounts from a CMP department perspective.

Knowledge of the IKEA Range Strategy, the IKEA Concept, the IKEA vision and business idea, IKEA culture & values, the IKEA business model and how we create unique business advantages.
Knowledge about IKEA Customer Meeting Points.
Knowledge of the CMP Design Process, Establishment process & about the expansion landscape.
Interest about Retail Design, retail architecture and IKEA Customer meeting points.
Experience of how to lead multiple projects/portfolio management and the connections to our yearcyle (eg business planning/budget/financial planning).
Knowledge and interest how digital tools can support the business – specifically project management tool, CAD tools and dimensioning tools.
Experience from leading and managing senior leaders/co-workers across functions and organisations in an international and culturally diverse work environment.
Senior leadership with the ability to make complex tasks and processes understood and actionable as capability to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic business understanding and systemic approach.
Ability to facilitate others, enabling continuous improvement and developments.
Capability to build and engage in trustful and sustainable relationships with stakeholders, business partners and IKEA franchisees.
Passion to enable IKEA to expand in existing and new markets to be able to reach many more of the many with a clear customer focus.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
