Process & Application Specialist – Digital Marketing

To assist with our latest technology journey we are further growing the team with a new Process & Application Specialist – Digital Marketing to join our Marketing Efficiency and Automation team.
For this role you can be situated at either our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, any of our regional European hubs or our office in Norcross, USA.
In this role you will support our Digital Marketing area, dividing your time between two of our teams – Marketing Automation and Product Information Management. You will be the go-to person when it comes to solution development and configuration of relevant platforms, such as our PIM system and Marketing Cloud. You be a part of a newly formed, engaged team that is passionate about enhancing marketing in the Life Science industry.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibility to drive and support delivery team’s overall mission with ownership of own and team’s deliveries & performance of solutions like PIM, DAM and Marketing Cloud.
• Delivers quality configuration, development, information and demand management relating to IT systems in scope. This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration and information, development or other required tasks to ensure business value creation.
• Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder to clarify needs & solution.
• Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
• Delivers on assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
• Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.

KEY DECISIONS
Sole decisions
• Decisions and prioritizations of development needs within agreed scope.
Shared decisions
• Decisions within Solution Delivery Team development scope taken with respective Solution Delivery Lead or Business Owner.
• Platform, technology and architecture decisions effecting IT architecture taken with Domain and/or Enterprise Architect.
• Sourcing, licensing and partnerships with suppliers or outside of agreed budget, architecture & IT-strategy taken with IT-Director and/or Service Manager.


Experience and qualifications
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 year’s work experience in IT-solution development. Working experience from IT solution development
• Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
• Experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
• Technical expertise in relevant platforms & technologies such as Marketing Cloud, MDM solutions, PIM, DAM and/or Information Management and Architecture.
• Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
• Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
• Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas, concepts, approaches and solutions.
