Process Application Specialist - Quality Assurance

Mölnlycke is now further growing the team with a new Process & Application Specialist within the Quality Assurance area.
This role can be based close to our European hubs in Milton Keynes (UK), Düsseldorf (Germany), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are also open to applicants close to our Norcross office in Georgia (USA).

In this role, you will provide technical support to our Quality Assurance area where you will be part of a team that focuses on solution development and support of the relevant platforms with a key focus on MasterControl, our global Quality Management System.
You will be working closely together with our business colleagues from QA, users and partners in an agile, cross functional setup where you will partner in a constructive way to identify the best way to enable the Quality Assurance function. Apart from support you will also deliver quality configuration & development work relating to IT-systems in scope (mainly MasterControl). This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration work, development work or other tasks reporting on progress.
We are looking for a curious IT Specialist with a can-do attitude. You have great analytical skills and enjoys digging into details. You are used to supporting end users and driving continual service improvements. Preferably you have been working with Quality Management platforms and technologies, alternatively with similar platforms in relation to a regulated function, e.g. R&D or Regulatory.
It is beneficial that you have experience from agile development and DevOps methods including end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecyle processes. We also see it as a highly meritorious if you have experience of working with validated systems in a controlled environment.

Proficient with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams etc.. )
Experience managing external suppliers and IT vendors
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations
Strong oral and written communication skills
