Veritaz is a fast-growing IT-consultant firm. Our company is made up of insanely bright people from over 4 countries, and we are located in Sweden, UK, US and Pakistan. The voyage has been incredible this far, but it is only the beginning.
We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Process Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will design processes and work to ensure that they are standardised, cost-effective, and have shorter lead times as part of the work of establishing a group-wide solution for accounting and external reporting.
Increasing automation must be considered, along with the associated gradual changes in processes.
You will also be responsible for understanding, mapping, and packaging the group's diverse needs and abilities, as well as collaborating with relevant product teams to ensure that the group-wide solution meets the needs of the business.
Much of the work entails pedagogically analysing, describing, and packaging processes with associated sub-steps relevant to accounting and reporting, as well as identifying potential for improvement based on the possibilities that the being established technical solution entails.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The applicant must have excellent experience with process modelling and needs/requirements analysis.
Excellent facilitation skills as well as the ability to define, plan, and structure work.
He/she should have worked in a large organisation.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of banking and/or insurance operations.
