Process Automation Analyst

What you´ll do
As a part of the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Center of Excellence the one thing you can be certain of is that you mission will vary and change with time. Your focus as a Process Automation Analyst will be to support our organization by identifying, improving, analyzing and mapping processes. You will take ownership of our pipeline and pipeline management tool and continuously develop our way of work. You will also train, inspire and support our colleagues and drive the process improvement agenda. We are continuously looking at new technologies and we hope that you want to be a part of our transformation journey!

We are a part of our IT-division but work with the entire organization. This gives you a deep insight to all departments and missions of Telenor and you need to be able to quickly grasp the job to be done in a rapidly changing environment. This includes supporting the colleagues outside of our team who are working with process automation, ensuring that they have all the tools and support they need to be effective.

Who are you

You are experienced in process and project management and have the ability to make change happen.  
* Curious, self-managed and a great communicator with all types of people
* Loves to work in a changing environment
* Basic knowledge in UiPath or Blue Prism is meritorious
* University degree
