As a Process Coach at T-Engineering you have a key role driving continuous improvement in our processes and quality work.
If you are a team player that enjoys motivating people and have experience from process work in a software development industry, this might be the role for you.
About the role
You will manage and train teams in process development, and lead continuous improvement of processes with all relevant stakeholders cross group functions. You will also lead process documentation according to defined framework, while continuously evolve the framework.
You will lead and support process, ASPICE or Agile improvements and support piloting and roll-out of new and/or improved processes. You will establish process metrics and goals and ensure that the processes and improvements are in compliance with ASPICE, and ISO9001.
Who are you?
We would like you to have a university degree in a relevant field or similar qualifications from practical experience. Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written are important, as well as good presentation skills.
You need to be structured and administratively proficient with good analytical skills, and have experience within Agile development and ASPICE and from Lean software development preferably within the automotive business.
If you have experience in internal auditing it is a merit.
