About the job
You will have end to end responsibility of all activities within the defined domain: Processes and way-of-working, Scrum mastery and agile methodology, digital products and services design, design system and customer research. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Lead, coach, manage, develop, and recruit people within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.
* Lead the change: demonstrate the values, mindset, and principles of Lean-Agile Leadership.
* Assure our way-of-working and agile playbook is implemented and continuously improved.
* Communicate and resolve roadblocks with stakeholders as needed and in line with overall decided structure and process.
* Service delivery, financial management, supplier management, system ownership and TCO for the area.
* Lead and manage the team in accordance with Alfa Laval DNA and Lean Agile leadership.
You will be working from our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. There will be approximately 20-25 traveling days a year, primarily to Sweden.
Who You are
You have a strong interest in leading and developing people in a complex environment with lots of stakeholders. As a leader you are transparent and focused on building a trusting environment while carrying out the change that drives Automation Development
What do you know
We expect an academic background with a BA. in a relevant area, combined with experience within the domain. You have a solid experience in stakeholder management, and in line management / leading people.
