Process Developer

DESCRIPTION:
The project will update existing cloud based PBX service with several additional customer options. The assignment is to change the delivery and support processes of to include these new options

REQUIREMENTS:
? Process development skills
? IT service design and transition
? Knowledge about delivery and support processes for IT services
? Telecommunication/IP Telephony
? Consultants needs to be senior expert in process design (five years)
? Microsoft Visio
? Experience in workshop facilitation, strong communication skills in Swedish and English verbal as well as written
