Process Developer

You will build organizational excellence and make the industry leader even greater!

Who is your future team?
Axis is considered being the top-quality brand in the surveillance industry and is recognized for its high sustainability ambition. The Quality & Environment function ensures that our supply chain has robust processes to manufacture high quality products in high volumes in a sustainable way. The function also manages Axis' environmental agenda.

Quality & Environment is a team of approximately 40 passionate individuals split in three teams: Project Quality, High Volume Quality and Environment.

What you'll do here as Process Developer?
As our process developer you will be a very important part of the management team within Quality & Environment and help us to drive our strategic development within our function and with our stakeholders. You will collaborate with people across the company and at our suppliers to identify needs and to ensure that the solutions will benefit the company as a whole.

You will report to the Director Quality & Environment. A "normal" year you may have 20 days of international travel.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a team player with a positive mindset. You are stimulated by challenges and love to solve problems together with others. You are appreciated for your ability to lead workshops effectively and mapping out practical work processes that actually work in real life with the right amount of detail. You are well versed in problem solving methodology and using quality tools and statistics to analyze data. You are service-oriented and you can build a good network in order to navigate more effectively within our organization. You are structured and you get things done.

We'd love to hear that you have:

* Experience from both project management and process development
* An engineering degree or similar

Bonus points for:

* Experience from working with production/supplier quality assurance
* Experience of environmental management
* Skills in efficient use of ERP systems
* Worked in the electronics industry
