Do you have a deep understanding of the IAM area? Great! We are looking for a Process Developer within the area of IAM with focus on Access Rights Management.

IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
In this role you will
One of the Focus areas for the position is in the field of Access Rights Management, with the aim of documenting and implementing standardized, structured working methods and governing frameworks.
You will work closely together with IAM Governance team, and the Access management team. You will also be a part of the team setting strategy for IAM Governance at Scania.
Your profile
We believe that you have a solid experience within the IAM area and in Information Governance.
We would like to see that you have previously worked with the following:
- User and access administration in AD and Azure AD (O365)
- Application onboarding
- Authorization structures and methods
- Automation through RBAC and ABAC
- Access reviews and certifications
- Privileged Access Management
We assume you have experience of business- and process development and good understanding of methods for documentation.
As a person, we see that you have good communication skills and the ability to convince others. You prefer to work in a dynamic environment and describe yourself as a change-prone and innovative person. In addition to this, it is an advantage if you are self-motivated, driven, and positive. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
