IKEA IMS has expanded over the years and we have some exciting years to come - with the growth agenda of IKEA ahead of us, we continuously develop our business and people. We are now looking for a Process Developer, who wants to team up with us, realise our ambitions and take the next step into the future.
As Process Developer, you drive the development of and support the IKEA IMS business with processes that guide the optimal ways of working that will strengthen our position as a world class purchasing company. Working very closely with Process Responsibles, you take the lead in driving and facilitating the business process definition and development throughout the organisation. You act as a sparring partner and a guide for the organisation on our way to becoming a process oriented organisation.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have a great passion for business and how processes can support the business in an optimal way. You are service minded and have a solid experience of process development and process implementation. You have been in the driving seat for implementing changes in your organisation with great success. We believe you have the right skills to challenge the way we work and to coach the organisation into new and smarter ways of working.
As a person you have a strong drive to constantly improve and look for better solutions. With great energy, motivation and enthusiasm you have the ability to successfully lead the business into new ways of working.
You have minimum 3-5 years experience of process development, ideally combined with a solid project manager expertise. As you will work in a global arena, the position requires experience of leading and working with people from different cultures in an international environment and that you are fluent in English. We believe that you have a university degree in business/economics or engineering, or other relevant area.
