The team within Product management, Network & Security, is responsible for ensuring the development and product life cycle management of product portfolio within the area. The ambition is to achieve the most competitive and cost-efficient product portfolio in Sweden optimizing to reach our growth, profitability and market share ambition.

As a Process developer the main responsibility is to ensure efficient core processes to enable operational excellence end-to-end within this specific product area. Always putting the customer first but at the same time adding business value to improve product profitability.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Process developer is responsible for ensuring continual process improvement for the Network & Security product area. The role aims to continuously optimize, improve and automate the core product processes specifically related to order, delivery, operations and billing to enable operational excellence. ​

Responsibilities include:

Analysis, development and improvement for processes and routines​ – always from a customer first perspective
Drive and implement new and/or improved processes cross the organization
Create business cases for new and/or improved processes based on customer insight and business value
Ensure efficient handovers ​
Development of SLA and KPIs for core product processes​
Provide education to staff working in the processes​
Act as an initiative owner and drive product development for new/improve the processes at hand



WHAT WE LOOK FOR


To succeed in the role it will be key to have a “customer first” mindset and understand how to design new processes as well as improve existing ones. You need to be able to identify and drive your own work in tight cooperation with the other team members such as product managers and product specialists. To be interested in driving business value from a customer point of view is a must.

To be successful in the role you we believe that you:

Have a “customer first” mindset and understanding of how to add business value
Are analytical in mind with strong project manager skills to make things happen
Great cooperation skills with the ability to gather people around a task or goal and deliver on it
Have the ability to prioritize and lead your own work
Stakeholder management as to inform key functions on all levels
Have knowledge of the IT/Telecom business and/or the Cyber security area
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
