The R&D Project Management Office are responsible for managing the IGT R&D projects. Additionally, to that we are also from the 1st of April 2020 responsible for maintaining and developing the R&D processes that is used by IGT R&D, Service R&D, Additive manufacturing and package R&D. The R&D processes are PDP (Product Development Process), TDP (Technology Development Process), R&D Project Management Process and related support processes to those three processes. It is important for the whole organization to sustain a modern, well-organized, high quality development using our R&D processes as the backbone.
The challenge
* You will be the responsible person and first point of contact when it comes to tasks related to our R&D processes. This could be everything from leading the development of new R&D processes or related systems, improving existing processes and its related systems, take care of development process when it comes to educations and audits.
* The role is not limited to the main development processes e.g. PDP, we are as an R&D organization always in need to evaluate our way of working, make process improvements and adjustments to be more efficient and ensure quality in our development. Thus, you will also act as an internal process improvement resource within the whole R&D department.
* You will be part of a positive and diverse PMO team consisting of highly skilled project managers who are responsible for start-up, execution and closing of R&D projects on-time, according to agreed scope, to the right quality and cost.

Who are you?
* You have process improvement knowledge and experience
* You have good change management skills
* You are a solution-oriented person with good communication skills
* You have an open and structured mind
* You are always willing to improve way of working
* Competence in agile, six sigma and/or lean methodology skills are seen as a plus
* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious
