We are now establishing a Data & Technology department in core business Range, with the assignment to lead by holding together data and technology in the core business. All with the purpose to enable business movements.  We are now looking for a Process Developer within the Digital Ways of Working team in this new exciting set up phase.

Job Description 
Actively support implementation and establishment of ways of working and related tooling.  
Facilitate and agree on transformation plans on capabilities to uplift or adapt on team or individual level and secure implementation. Train, coach, and mentor co-workers and continue supporting them operationally on the job.  
Act as an ambassador anchoring the ways of working in mind-set and culture with business value and agility in focus.  
Together with relevant stakeholder/user groups identify improvement potentials. Try out and anchor proposed change always striving for professional and aligned ways of working  
Support in tool and method usage and development 

Interact with related functions and matrixes in the development of the solution 
Secure consistency and interdependencies in the development of ways of working towards other connected processes 
Secure follow up of performance according to set KPI's and OKR:s  
Participate in external networks for benchmarking and to enhance knowledge 
 

About you 
Deep knowledge of improvement methods/tools and practical experience in Digital and/or Business Transformation of a Global Enterprise. 
You are a good listener and a good relationship builder. 
Really strong in seeing the holistic picture and can pinpoint how we together can create best outcome in solving the opportunity at hand. 

Knowledge of software development practises 
Knowledge and experience in training, coaching, mentoring and facilitation 
Knowledge and experience in change management and stakeholder management, you are a good communicator verbally and graphically. 
Strong ability to handle complexity and solve problems with several dimensions in an agile and effective way with a big portion of GRIT. 
Previous experience from Agile Transformations is an advantage 
If you have experience of working as an Agile Coach, Scrummaster or Product Owner we we see it as meritable
