About you
We are looking for you with deep knowledge of process development, improvement methods and practical experience of process development. It is beneficial if you have a good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Value Chain, the process landscape and the IKEA Components organisation.

You are passionate and driven by developing the business and yourself to deliver results. You have a strong desire to collaborate and to improve current ways of working. You are able to transform the big picture into structural knowledge and learnings, to be able to reach and communicate the result.

You are good to motivate and inspire people, as well as a skilled communicator. You have high integrity and the ability to work with both tactical and operational issues.


About the assignment
We are recruiting for several Process Developers, within the areas Purchasing, Warehousing, Product Development/Engineering.
As Process Developer at IKEA Components, your main responsibility is to develop one or more business processes, together with the Process Development Manager and Process Leaders in IKEA, in order to secure better ways of working across the business.

The assignment includes to:
? Identify and propose process/sub processes design- and direction of improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decision.
? Lead and facilitate the implementation of way of working with process oriented business development in IKEA Components.
? Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development toward other connected processes.
? Lead the creation of competence profiles, capabilities and development needs in core roles of the process.
