Process Development Engineer

ABOUT THE POSITION
Production Engineering is the place within Exeger where we design processes, machines and solutions, developing the entire Exeger production line. Focusing on innovative engineering solutions for high-performance projects, and provide technical expertise through design, manufacturing, and operations.

Your responsibilities
As a Development Process Engineer, you will be specializing in our screen-printing processes. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling up screen printing processes for our production. You will collaborate closely with research and development teams to translate product requirements into robust manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality and performance standards.


• Design and develop screen printing processes.
• Optimize process parameters for the whole production line.
• Document process development activities, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate modify machines for specific needs and project requirements.
• Source for new equipment

You must have a good understanding of what it takes to make a successful production process. Since you will collaborate with people from other fields, we believe that you have great communication skills. You like making things work and are comfortable with discharging responsibility. To be the right fit for us you take responsibility in your work and show determination to deliver. Furthermore, you are curious to learn and want to share the knowledge you have with others. Besides bringing the right attitude we also see that you have the following experience to thrive with us:


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Proven experience from development and optimization of screen-printing processes.
• Strong knowledge of screen printing equipment, materials, and process optimization techniques.
• Experience with CAD software for design and layout of printing patterns is a plus.
