Process Development Lead Customer Journey - Usage Phase
To be able to deliver a state-of-the-art Customer Experience, we need robust and well-functioning back-end and front-end processes, operations and supporting systems. In the daily life of our customers things like payments, car sharing, connectivity services or access to personal data, should be hassle free.

The only way for us to achieve this is to be on top of on how we operate, what processes we use and what IT systems we implement. For this purpose, we are now hiring a Process Development Lead for what we call the usage phase - i.e all the activities taking place while a customer is using our mobility offer. Your job will be to secure operational excellence in the usage phase. You will be initiating and supporting process improvement projects and in this role you will be the bridge between the business and business technology. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing process performance and KPIs, managing the processes in your domain.

This is a broad role where you will be able to build up a strong cross functional understanding of Lynk & Co, while also playing a critical role in ensuring successful projects, enabling Lynk & Co to reach its vision: to change mobility forever.

This role is based in Gothenburg and you will report to the Head of Customer Engagement.

What you'll do

- Secure state of the art process design and implementation in close cooperation with project leaders, business owner and core teams.
- Ensure that processes in the domain is performing once implemented and in operations.
- Monitor the work performed and ensure it's aligned with the strategy. Ensure that the business optimization and transformation roadmap is closely connected to our key performing indicators. 
- Identify resource needs and keep the process improvement portfolio updated and relevant.


What you should have

- We are looking for a team-oriented person who has leadership and communication skills that can inspire and motivate. You have the know how to adapt to changing circumstances, and to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- You have the ability to understand the business from a holistic perspective
- You can quickly analyse data and KPIs
- You have experience with business process management
- Experience in Portfolio management
- Excellent networking and social skills
- Strong drive to deliver results in a timely manner
