Job description
In essence the job is about to create conditions for value creation in our Selling the offer core process through leading and holding together value stream mapping and process development.
This will mean that you amongst others will;
· Facilitate the development in a core business process dimension, across legal entities in close collaboration with key stakeholders from Range, Supply and Retail and in connection to the other core processes such as “Develop the offer” process and “Supplying the offer process”. All with the purpose to secure optimal value creation and efficiency for IKEA.
· Hold together development through value streams for Selling the offer process, by bringing business process, people, data & technology together.

About the role
IKEA is currently transforming its business to enable future success of IKEA by offering an attractive, competitive and profitable omnichannel IKEA Concept. To enable this transformation the supporting processes, business rules and data & technology must adapt.
These changes will affect several functions and organization across the IKEA network, as well as several IT systems.
The content of Selling the offer differs in level of description, content and how ownership is defined and this role is about improving and accelerating the development of this process in close collaboration with colleagues in our value chain.

About you
You have a strong desire to collaborate and to be “better together” and to improve and simplify current ways of working and solving problems in line with IKEA core values.
It’s important that you have deep knowledge and understanding of the IKEA value chain, the process landscape and the IKEA organization and recent proven track record of delivering business results through collaboration with stakeholders from across our value chain.
Your ability to enable and handle complexity as well as solve problems with several dimensions gives you energy and you know how to make things understandable for the many.
Working across functions and organization will demand that you have integrity and the ability to establish relationship at all levels of the organization based on trust.
You have the ability to work with both operational and tactical issues, always considering IKEA as a whole while keeping focus on customer needs.
Additional information
It is a full time position (40h/week) located in Malmö, Sweden – work will be in a mixed mode with some on-site days and some travel may be required (as per local Covid restrictions). The position is a permanent position.
