The Role
Are you an experienced professional within ISO Management Systems and related standards who is looking for your next challenge? We are a company developing both hardware and software where our ability to deliver premium quality is essential.
The scope of the position is global and the successful candidate will interact primarily with stakeholders within product development, manufacturing and service delivery.
Responsibilities and Goals
Increased effectiveness of processes by assisting relevant stakeholders
Maintaining or improving awareness of the certified management systems
Monitoring Icomera’s compliance towards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001
What you will do
Maintenance and improvement of the framework for Icomera’s certified integrated management system to simplify and reduce administration without compromising the certificates. May include taking ownership of certain processes such as handling of nonconformities, audits and documents.
Proactively work with assigned process owners in evaluating efficiency, identify improvement areas and documentation of the processes.
Train and inform Icomera management and employees of possibilities and requirements of the certified integrated management system.
Through active dialogues with relevant stakeholders ensure the environmental aspect register is updated and relevant data collected to capture Icomera’s environmental footprint
Own the environmental law registers including compliance checks where possible; advise and support branches/units where ownership is not possible.
Suggest quality and sustainability requirements for Icomera’s solutions and services, follow implementation and evaluate result.
Qualify and disqualify quality and sustainability performance of suppliers.

You are a quick learner and have a strong ability and hands-on mentality to support the organization in a professional way.
You are a team-player with excellent communication skills, verbal as well as in writing.
You are structured, with an analytical mind, and good in planning both your own work and in engaging others, through providing good structure and visualization of when and how their contribution is needed.
Qualifications or competences required for the role
Previous experience from working in a company developing software and/or hardware and understanding relationships between processes.
Experience from implementing and/or working with ISO (or equivalent) standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.
Knowledge of requirements and opportunities with respect to Sustainability.
Previous experience of auditing management systems.
Fluent in English, spoken and written. Proficiency in Swedish and /or other languages is a plus.
Post secondary or University degree in business administration, science or engineering.
