Project Centre Lund is the organisation within Tetra Pak Processing Systems that sells and delivers large food plants. We engineer projects in close cooperation with our market companies in Europe and Central Asia, and sometimes in other parts of the world. We are located in Lund.
We are now looking for a Process Engineer that will participate in design and delivery of customer plants. The work is project based and performed in our offices in Lund or at Tetra Pak's market companies in the ECA cluster.
As most projects are located outside the Nordic region the position will require traveling during periods of implementation, business trips approx. 50 days/year.
Main responsibilities
.Be the expert of process, mechanical and functional design in customer orders.
.Handle the specification and dimensioning of process plants.
.Handle the dimensioning of process components - pipes, valves, pumps and tanks.
.Create function specific documents and data to other areas in the work process within the customer projects, such as electrical and mechanical design, test and documentation.
.Follow the project into commissioning phase on site.
Qualifications
As a person you are very flexible - since the work load varies depending on the project phase you need to be able to handle different kind of work situations. You are a team player with good communication skills as the work includes close contacts with customer and colleagues both internal and at market companies. We are searching for a candidate with potential to and interest for growing and developing towards project management.
To be successful in this position you have at least 3 years of experience from process engineering. You have a University degree, preferably within Mechanical or Chemistry Engineering. You are skilled in MS Office and CAD-system, and have experience of PlantModel and Skynet. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
