About the position
We are looking for a Process Engineer for our production plant in Mullsjö. As a Process Engineer you have a key role in the team that drives continuous improvement in our processes. The role means that you can work with a wide range of tasks and that you are a team player, with experience from automotive industry.
The Process Engineer reports to the Lean Champion and will be a part of the Lean Champion’s Production Engineering team and position is located in our facility in Mullsjö, Sweden.
Responsibilities
In the daily work support production, when problems occur
Analyze and plan improvements in methods and processes
Standardize work processes and follow up
Conduct lessons learned together with the team members after each project
Investment analysis when purchasing new machines and tools
Ensure that the processes and improvements are in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Requirements
Three years with higher education qualifications or similar practical experience
Documented leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional project teams towards a common goal
Good command in both Swedish and English, oral and written
Good presentation skills and skills in Office package
Structured and administratively proficient with good analytical skills
Understanding of economic relations in production activities
Knowledge of the Production Engineering trade
Experience from Lean manufacturing within the automotive business
Experience of SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
