Process Engineer

Our Projects Team is responsible for developing, designing and supplying complete formaldehyde and UFC plants to customers worldwide. We work closely with our Commercial and R&D departments to understand customer needs, create efficient processes and execute plant projects to provide the greatest value to our customers. Our team in Perstorp is now looking for a Process Engineer to join us as soon as possible.

What you will do
As our new process engineer you will play a key role in our plant projects. You will be responsible for the process design and for the technical functionality, from order to delivery and start-up of the plants.
Key responsibilities:
Develop process engineering packages for assigned plant projects
Lead and execute commissioning and plant start-up activities
Design process equipment
Participate in process development projects
Participate in the execution of risk assessments, pre-studies and feasibility studies
Build strong customer relations
Develop process engineering tools

The position is based in Perstorp but international travels up to 6 weeks are part of the job.

Who you are
We believe you are a highly service-minded and customer-oriented person with very good communication and problem-solving skills. You have a strong drive for results, work in a structured and organized way and can handle different projects at the same time.

You have a Master of Science in chemical engineering or similar, or alternatively some years of production experience in the process industry. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are seen as merits.
