Process Engineer – Vesta Si Sweden AB
The Manufacturing team at Vesta Si Sweden AB (An SKF Group Company) is now expanding with a new Process Engineer with focus on Automation. Our Process Engineers are our future experts and future owners within the area of Manufacturing Process Management (MPM). At the Vesta Si Factory in Ljungaverk, solutions are currently being developed to scale, optimize and automate operations and you will be a crucial part of this project. At the same time, you will develop and grow within the organization to suit our future needs. You will be working closely with all departments – production, engineering and lab, to model processes, design CAD/CAM models and recipe creations for material synthesis.
Your Key Areas Of Responsibility Are
As Process Engineer at Vesta Si Sweden AB; you own processes of automation of data creation in our Manufacturing Process Management (MPM) solutions for the entire factory.
• Make sure templates, calculations and algorithms are correct, efficient and updated.
• Develop (and in some cases request) new logic and code.
• Work closely with all relevant departments using these systems and technologies.
• Provide support / training / instructions to all users.
We Expect You To Have
• Experience to work with automation and optimization.
• Experience with design of experiments.
• Experience with developing models for simulation.
• University Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
