Process Engineer

For our customer in Fjällbacka, we are looking for a Process Engineer for Blown Film and Lamination production. You must be able to work in the production that is in Fjällbacka.

About the position
Be technical responsible for Process lines, Blown Film and Lamination in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. Provide expertise and analytical solution to machine efficiency improvements and support overall KPIs and competence in production team. You will work in a team with two Process Engineers supported by a skilled maintenance team. In our production we have a high level of operator autonomy.

Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the equipment efficiency in the process/ production lines.
• Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency and Life Cycle Management (maintenance plan) of the equipment.
• Support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities in the Factory.
• Run process improvement project.

Your profile
• Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in production and automated processes.
• Background in improvement-, and problem solving (TPM/LEAN) analysis and tools.
• Analytical and skilled in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
• Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
• Proficient English, written and spoken, good level of Swedish, written and spoken.

About the organisation
This position is a consultant assignment for 6 months with extension possibility, in Fjällbacka. During this time you will be employed by QRIOS Life Science & Engineering.
