Process Engineer

General Position Description
1. Develop and maintain on-site processes in the workshop to ensure production capacity and pass rate;
2. Analysis, improvement, and subsequent standardization work of product quality issues;
3. Collect, organize, analyze and summarize production, quality, and process data, and promote subsequent improvements;
4. Upgrade of system documents and update of related technical documents
5. Participate in the development of new products, processes, and raw materials;
6. Assist in preparing system documents for customer audits and on-site response; Organizational training: teaching assistant engineers and technicians.
Required Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in Polymer Materials or related chemistry, fluent in Chinese;
2. Possess certain knowledge of polymer material molding and processing;
3. Familiar with the principles of film manufacturing process flow and related equipment structures;
4. Have certain experience in Product development and design process;
5. Possess coordination and communication skills, fluent in Chinese
