Process Engineer

Are you committed to development and improvement? Do you have supporting personality and an interactive perspective? If so, we have a position as a Process Engineer at NKT Falun open for you! 

In Process Engineering we are highly focused making continuous improvement in Safety, Quality and Costs in our factory and products. This is done with a high level of cooperation with other departments in NKT Falun. Together we connect for the Green Transition within NKT. 

Be a part of the creation of technological future in the cable industry
As a Process Engineer your focus is to make the process effective and ensure high quality of our products within manufacturing and production process. You will evaluate exiting processes and through preliminary studies identify inefficiency. The leading role for the investments and development will be yours and to set people together in the organization to work the industrialization of new products or changes to existing products. 

Some of your responsibilities will be:
•    Lead, drive and follow up on investment projects
•    Produce decision-making material for improvements in accordance with safety, quality, cost and productivity
•    Coordinate optimization within products and processes in the production area
•    Coordinate projects within product implementation cross- functionally

A collaborative and supportive mindset 
We are looking for you who has a good understanding for the technic and with a positive attitude and understanding to the value of collaboration and communication. Project management is a role you feel comfortably in and you always have a results- and goal achievement-mindset. 

Your requirements:
•    Civil Engineer, Technical education or several years of experience
•    IT knowledge in SAP , Microsoft Project, CAD, Microsoft Office
•    Project management
•    Fluid in Swedish and English
