Process Engineer

What you’ll do:
Data analysis to perform root cause analysis, trouble shooting, process control.
Pleasure for process development and continuous improvements.
Capability to create and/or update process instructions.
Who we’re looking for:
TPC is looking for Master of Science or above (minimum 5 years university degree). This is crucial to elevate TPC eligibility in future projects and business opportunities.
Experience of working in teams with daily internal and external customer and or suppliers contacts.
Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Good ITskills and master the Office suite.
You like to be challenged and take pride in sharing your accomplishments with your team.
You are autonomous in your own development and with the tools to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support as necessary
Establish process metrics and goals (monitor and improve KPIs)
Develop process instructions
Process control and continuous improvement



Qualifications
Master´s degree (5 years in university)
Familiarity with process control, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
