Process Engineer/ Project Leader

Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB We develop and manufacture processing solutions for liquid foods for customer within the dairy, beverage and prepared food industry all over the world.We are around 300 employees based in Lund, Sweden as well as Denmark, USA, China and Singapore.Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB has three independent Food Categories: Prepared Food, Beverage and Dairy.Each food category has the responsibility to produce a competitive product portfolio, including services, and to manage our products throughout their life cycle to support value based business. The Prepared Food Category offers customers, within the segments of Tomato Products, Soups & Sauces, Desserts and Fruit preparation, competitive strength by supplying high quality added value process solutions.We are now looking for an experienced Process Engineer/Project Leader to Food Category Prepared Food.The position includes some travel, approx 20-60 days/year. Main tasks and responsibilities includes: . To act as expert of process design in customer orders throughout the OFCE process . To operate as project leader in customer orders.. To handle the specification and dimensioning of process modules and process lines . To create function specific documents and data to others within the customer projects, such as areas of mechanical design, test and documentation.. To assist our sales support group with quotations.. To handle customer claims, product nursing and development tasks.Further tasks are trouble shooting, support and audits at customer sites. The ideal candidate is experienced within the field of Project and Process Engineering in the food industry.We value experience from both continuous and batch processes.Knowledge and experience of process systems design, rheology and mechanical design is vital and field experience at customer's site is an advantage.Excellence in spoken and written English is a must and knowledge in AutoCAD, SAP R/3 and MS Office is valuable. Good communication skills and the motivation to share knowledge are crucial for the position since the work includes close contacts with colleagues both internal and at market companies.You also possess the ability to act in an accurate and organised way including flexibility and customer orientation.
