Process Engineer to Bio-Works

We are looking for a new Process Engineer. This role is varied and gives you the opportunity to grow and develop at a company that is in the forefront of the industry.

Your main work tasks will be;

- Optimizing processes and make suggestions for improvements
- Follow up and analyze cross-functional improvements
- Perform technical tests, process validation and documentation according to ISO 9001
- Participate in the development of requirements specifications and function descriptions (equipment / system / product) and procurement
- Planning and performing qualifications and other types of tests
- Write and prepare quality plans / test protocols
- Write and update work instructions
- Project management of internal projects
- Participate in the development of risk analyzes


In some cases when the production has a high load, you may need to help relieve your team with production work.

You will report to our Head of Production and be part of the production team. The production team consists of six people and will be seven including you. Your colleagues are a group of easy-going people who really appreciate good teamwork and having fun together.

DESIRED BACKGROUND 👨🏽‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓

- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent in biotechnology / chemistry
- Some years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the process industry
- Professional level of English in both speech and writing.
- Ability to read and understand documentation in Swedish. Speaking Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Experience of Experience of ISO 9001 and / or GMP / GxP environment is an advantage
