Process Engineer/Operator to KISAB

About the CompanyKISAB is a startup company that manufactures semiconductor substrates and has developed its own patented manufacturing technology. KISAB’s low defect substrates contribute to a more sustainable future by minimizing energy losses in power-electronic devices. KISAB is now looking for a person to strengthen its production team.

About the RoleAs a Process Engineer/Operator, you will have a variety of tasks, including inspecting wafers, loading reactors, and operating polishing machines. You will also be responsible for cleaning and preparing reactor parts. Your workday will be divided between working in a cleanroom and loading reactors and preparing other machines in production. A significant part of the job involves logging and documenting in Excel, and it is crucial to follow checklists meticulously.
You will receive personal training by shadowing an experienced colleague as you start the position to ensure you feel comfortable with the processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on work experience with machinesor precision manufacturing.
High school education is sufficient, but education or deep interest in technology, electrical engineering, chemistry or similar fields is advantageous.
Experience working in production is beneficial.
A technical interest and ability to understand and handle both mechanical and electronic systems.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary. Swedish is an advantage.
