We are now looking for a Process Excellence Manager that will play a central role in planning and leading business process improvement projects across all functions of our Nordic business unit.

The Strategy & Business Development team at BSH Home Appliances AB plays a crucial part in taking the lead regarding strategic management within the region Northern Europe. The team is invaluable when it comes to defining strategy, driving transformation and enabling continuous improvement, involving all functions in the organization.

The overall objective is to increase efficiency and value delivery of our processes, same as harmonizing and standardizing processes across countries and business areas.

For this, you will drive the full life-cycle of process improvements in very close collaboration with our business teams: identify and prioritize opportunities, map and analyze processes, develop and implement improvements as well as follow-up improvement results to ensure long-term success.

Beyond that, you will roll out process management methodologies across the broader organization, via coaching, training and community building, with the aim to increase process maturity across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

Background & skills


• Senior professional with extensive work experience within process management, operational excellence and IT systems for process guidance (like ERP), preferably with a focus on business processes (sales, admin, etc.)
• Proven track record in driving process improvement projects to tangible results and in implementing process improvement methodologies across an organization
• Excellent general process improvement skills (Lean admin, 6 Sigma, or other), including process mapping and analysis tools – with additional experiences in data analysis (like Power BI, Celonis) being a plus
• Industry experience from end-consumer oriented business fields, with focus on B2B and D2C sales
• Academic background in business administration, operational excellence or related fields, with additional post graduate studies being a plus
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language

Personality


• Strong on a conceptual level, eager to go into details to understand and resolve root causes of issues and hands-on in implementing improvements
• A collaborative team player with strong moderation skills (both collaborating remotely and offline),
• Derives energy from connecting with people of various background, coaching them to ensure a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company
• Experience from and thrive in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language
