About the job 

The Process Excellence Manager is a key role responsible for driving process and operations improvement initiatives in Customer Service. You will be a central part of the organization and provide direction and leadership across multiple departments. Your expertise in process improvement and operational excellence will be critical in driving operational efficiencies and improving customer experience and service. You will be a key player in the success of the Customer Service organization and will be an integral part of the team.


In your future role as Process Excellence Manager in Customer Service and Order to Cash Process you will 
* Lead process improvement projects and initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes together with Customer Service Team Leads.
* Be a subject matter expert (SME) and Key User in SAP ECC, also be SME for Customer Service in improvement testing and projects.
* Manage problem solving, technical issues, understanding of set up and improvements in variety of systems like SAP, CRM. Support in day to day business working in the SAP System.
* Develop metrics and reporting to monitor process performance and measure the impact of process changes.
* Provide training and coaching to business teams on process excellence concepts, tools, and techniques
* Lead efforts to ensure compliance, including SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002 United States federal law ) including segregation of duties, appropriate controls, etc.


We believe you bring 

* Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or similar area of focus preferred or equivalent work experience
* SAP ECC Order Management & Invoicing Experience
* SAP ECC technical understanding and area of interest
* Must have worked for large organizations on large complex projects.
* Experience in order automation activities and implementations
* Expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OtC Process) area, Sales & Distribution and with good exposure to inbound and outbound end to end processing.
* Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
