BSH Home Appliances AB is looking for a Process excellence specialist with knowledge in logistics!             

In the role of Process Excellence Specialist, you will have great opportunities to influence BSH's future operations in Northern Europe. You will have multiple projects at hand simultaneously with great responsibility of developing work tasks in a highly international environment with stakeholders and colleagues across our global organization. The position is placed in Solna, but travel to our Warehouse in Nykvarn is required.

You will be part of establishing a new area in Logistics with the purpose of support, guide and coach our internal customers to improve the Logistics processes with in focus on safety, quality and cost saving. You will be working within an agile environment with a high degree of freedom and autonomy. You report directly to the Process Excellence Manager - Northern Europe

Your tasks
Understand the challenges in Logistics from different inputs (as Strategy break-down, KPIs, business needs…) analyses the actual scenarios and propose best standard and efficient future process. Analyze system impact of process changes, prepare system requirements, test, train and implement new process/system changes. Create process workflow, work instructions and calculate cost and benefits of the implementations.

Key user in BSH strategic projects, understand the external requirements and impacts of changes in Logistics processes.

Main capabilities in your tasks

Bosch Production System – BPS:


• Implement of structured way of work with process improvement: train and support to the process owners
• Coordinating process improvements in Logistics: identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as in-taking change and improvement requests
• Provide daily support in process, data analysis and KPI measurement

Project management:


• Coordinating cross-functional projects and participating in local projects
• Define scope, resources, timeline, status report and support P2P (Project to Process)

Support Logistics systems:


• Provide first check support for the process owner in Logistics
• Understand the process impact of system change requests
• Follow-up of open incidents and change requests in the system

Your profile


• Understanding of Supply chain, logistics and distribution of functional concepts
• A university degree in technology or business administration with a focus on supply chain management / logistics
• Several years’ experience of similar work
• Knowledge in business/logistics systems such SAP, S4 Hana, TMS, WM and/or other systems
• MS Office: Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Good analytical ability
• Experience of different project management methods and Toyota System
• Knowledge in Six Sigma and ITIL is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing (Swedish is a plus)
