For a long term consultant assignment of initially 12 months, Jefferson Wells is now looking for a Process Excellence Support who is available for immediate start, or as soon as possible.

BSH Home Appliances AB is looking for a Process excellence support with knowledge in logistics!

In the role of Process Excellence Support, you will have great opportunities to influence BSH's future operations in Northern Europe. You will have multiple activities at hand simultaneously with great responsibility of developing work tasks in a highly international environment with stakeholders and colleagues across our global organization. The position is placed in Nykvarn, but we have a flex home-office model.

You will be part of establishing a new area in Logistics with the purpose of support, guide and coach our internal customers to improve the Logistics processes with in focus on safety, quality and cost saving. You will be working within an agile environment with a high degree of freedom and autonomy. You report directly to the Process Excellence Manager - Northern Europe



Your tasks

Understand the challenges in logistics, analyse the actual scenarios and propose best standard and efficient future process. Analyze system impact of process changes, prepare system requirements, test, train and implement new process/system changes. Create process workflow, work instructions and calculate cost and benefits of the implementations.



Support Logistics systems:

* Provide first check support for the process owner in Logistics
* Understand the process impact of system change requests
* Follow-up of open incidents and change requests in the system
* Create process workflow and work instructions
* Test the system and the process
* Support implementation of the changes in the system and process



Your profile

* Understanding of Supply chain, logistics and distribution of functional concepts
* A university degree in technology or business administration with a focus on supply chain management / logistics
* MS Office: Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
* Good analytical ability
* Knowledge in business/logistics systems such SAP, S4 Hana, TMS, WM and/or other systems is an advantage
* Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
* Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing (Swedish is a plus)

As a person, you are process-oriented, solution-oriented, resilient and have good analytical skills. To succeed in the role it is important that you can demonstrate a genuine drive and have a "can do" attitude with good planning and organizational skills.
