Description of Company / Unit Process Development IS/IT has the overall responsibility to create, place and follow up the IS/IT specification and demands. We have the responsibility to set up the system management structure locally at site and also maintain the Super User network. We participate in local/central process groups, act as expert users, helping the users to understand their needs and formulate demands directed to the global process teams and suppliers. We manage local system upgrades and initiate needed activities for process alignment. We are also an interface between business and the suppliers when solving problems related to the IS/IT. Job Description (Including Statement of Role and Responsibilities) Process Expert IS has the responsibility to . Understand certain process/processes, analyze their needs and integrate it into the IS/IT roadmap. . Act as IS expert in improvement activities both locally and centrally (Operational Supply Excellence). . Contribute with expert competence in IS/IT tools and methods in working within streamlining processes. . Secure a thorough knowledge of IS/IT tools and prepare different scenarios for processes. . Support system management groups and Super Users. Qualification (Formal Education Needed) . An academic degree is an advantage Requested Competence . Minimum 5-10 years experience from IS/IT area, preferable from working with SAP. . You have experience in leading/working in process teams . Proven ability to meet committed targets. You need to be proactive and have the ability to prioritize and focus . Ability to communicate effectively . Fluency in English, oral and written . The person we are looking for is highly skilled within supply systems and has a talent for understanding the details in the overall picture.
