Process Governance Expert

Packaging Solutions – Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for a world class Packaging- and Additional materials Supply Chain. We secure optimum quality and service for our customers at minimum cost.
We are looking for a Global Business Expert, that will provide expertise in the Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) Process.
The position is temporary (9 months) and located in Lund.
What you will do
As our new Process Governance Expert, you will be part of a global team of 12 people working within Integrated Supply Chain, responsible for Global Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) Process Performance. In this position you will support global business experts with end-to-end process design and publications and coordination of learning materials development as well as work with a wide range of various stakeholders.
You will focus on:
Representing OFPM in the Process Design Network and be the gatekeeper of the Global OFPM process model.
Working closely with Global Business Experts in the end-to-end process design and strive for simplification and standardization.
Driving yearly review cycle of process documentation in collaboration with content owners and coordinating alignment activities within and beyond OFPM.
Coordinating the review of learning material in line with regional needs and project deliverables.

Who you are
We believe that you are a very process oriented and structured team player with an interest in the end-to-end Supply Chain processes and with an eye for details. You have a strong drive for results and the ability to coordinate and follow-up on activities with various stakeholders in an organized way. Structuring your work efficiently comes natural to you and you have an analytical mindset. You are a quick learner and have excellent communication skills. Experience and knowledge in the Order Fulfilment Packaging Material Process is valuable. Business Expert knowledge of the Order Management Process is a plus. You probably have a University degree within IT and/or Business Administration and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
