The position

If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you. You will be a part of a team working continuously improving our way of working across our Product and Service Delivery organization (PSD).

The job includes governance and continuous improvements of processes owned by PSD, in close collaboration with Quality Management, users of the processes and other stakeholders.

In short, you will work with planning, developing, introducing, and evaluating changes in our major processes, together with several parts of the Cambio organization.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you need to have the ability to listen and understand the many different stakeholders’ perspectives and enjoy communicating and to build relationships.

Requirements 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience in a relevant field related to software engineering

- Experience of process development in connection to software development

- Excellent communication skills, confidence in presentation and speaking for smaller audience

- Good understanding of software development practices and ability to align with regulatory and formal requirements

- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work

It's a bonus if you have

- Experience of leadership of organizations within the software development industry or similar experience of agile way of working

- Experience of working with software in Medical Devices regulated by MDD or MDR

It´s also a big bonus if you have proven advanced skills in change management in larger organizations!



Place of employment: Linköping

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
