Process Innovation Analyst for a Global Electronic Company

As a Process Innovation Analyst you will be working and analyzing big amounts of data.  The role requires an analytical, logical and problem solving skill set. You will report to the PI manager, work closely with the Sales and Retail managers and support regular and ad-hoc requests with strong analytical and reporting skill.

 

Main tasks

* Be responsible of implementation and roll out of sell-out operation process within the organization
* Responsible of sell-out SCM KPI
* Support with strong analytical and reporting skills thorough regular and ad-hoc requests
* Responsible of RM Day implementation
* Create deep analysis of data in regards to sell-out operation
* Create complex excel reports using macro and advanced excel formulas
* Analyze and follow up sell out operation progress on detail level
* Provide training to sales/retail team
* Support sales with sell-out operation process to improve planning
* Weekly reports and maintenance of current reports 

 

Qualifications

Experience:

* Analytical experience and handle big amount of data
* Experience from sales is a meriting

* Advanced Excel skills
* Analytic skills
* Fluent skills in English

* Excellent problem solving skills
* Competence on how to handle and present big amount of data

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education

* Masters degree in Business or Engineering
