Process Innovator CPFR, temporary position

Samsung is looking for a Process Innovator CPFR to the Process Innovation team at our Nordic headquarters in Kista. In this position you will play a critical role to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain to ensure better production planning and distribution of products. The role includes travel in the Nordic region. This is a temporary position for one year since our Process Innovator CPFR is going on parental leave.

Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) are a concept that aims to enhance supply chain integration by supporting and assisting joint practices. CPFR seeks cooperative management of inventory through joint visibility and replenishment of products throughout the supply chain. Information shared between suppliers and retailers aids in planning and satisfying customer demands through a supportive system of shared information. This allows for continuous updating of inventory and upcoming requirements, making the end-to-end supply chain process more efficient. Efficiency is created through the decrease expenditures for merchandising, inventory, logistics, and transportation across all trading partners. Since the 1998 publication of the VICS CPFR guidelines, over 300 companies have implemented the process.

As a Process Innovator CPFR you will:

- Implement CPFR to our key customers
- Formalize Supply Chain processes between Samsung and partners
- Analyze, follow up and improve KPI of CPFR to secure supply and customer satisfaction
- Improve the quality of data accuracy and information in current customer collaboration
- Represent customer forecasts in the Sales & Operation Planning process and perform forecast accuracy analysis to identify focus areas within the operating companies

There will also be opportunities to identify and lead improvement projects, which include integrated demand planning efforts, new technology assessments and implementations, incorporating more advanced forecasting methodologies, and logistic efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

- Work experience in SCM, order administration, sales or logistics is required
- Experience in project management
- Academic degree
- Experience from interacting with corporate customers
