Process IT Managers

The Process IT Manager will be the coordinator between business and IT for all common needs and requirements of IT solutions related to the business processes area.They will in many cases also act as Project Manager for development and maintenance work.One other area of responsibility is to participate in process mapping and documentation for the business processes in the supported area together with interaction and alignment to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization's working standards for when the support processes are a part of our ERP. Key performance areas - Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of SMC s Systems Solutions for the process area.- Process mapping and Project Management.- Establish directives for pre studies and development activities in coordination with SMC IT development and integration manger.- Manage contacts with suppliers involved in delivering solutions.- Participate and actively work together in planning and discussing with the business organization regarding needs and requirements. Your profile To be able to deliver we believe that the preferred candidate has a university degree, strong IT background and five to ten years of experience within a similar area.Experience from the process area is desirable.You are analytical and have knowledge in business process mapping and development of IT applications.You are a team player and have the ability to both manage and through your own work deliver the required output.
