Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division is expanding significantly together with the business growth and has an open position as Process Leader, Develop Channels to Market The Business Development & Strategy team needs another member to establish this new position in the company. We are represented by Dealers to sell and service our products. They are our channels to the market and we build partnerships together with them. All to the benefit of the end Customers; Volvo is focusing on development of competitive products and selection and developing the channels to markets. Dealers with local knowledge and anchoring are taking care of the end Customers. This position is established to further strengthen our ability to guide and support the Dealers in their operation and cooperation with Volvo CE. Main tasks: You will be Process Leader for our Develop Channels to Market Process, which for example includes: Responsible for the system of procedures and guiding documentation for Dealers representing Volvo CE on a market Responsible for the methods and controls used by Volvo CE to select, support and cooperate with Dealers Evaluation of the performance of the channels to the market by audits and analysis of statistics Coordination of system and tool implementations in the network of Dealers, systems often based on IS/IT solutions Being an expert on the driving factors for Dealer profitability and to simulate alternative business plans, including being an internal "Voice of the Dealer" in our organization Your profile: This position requires a person with a broad understanding of how to manage a business. You are interested and skilled in economic planning as well as business development. You are structured and analytical, at the same time as you are open minded in front of the different business conditions for our Dealers. Partnership is your natural way of cooperating with colleagues and business partners; a win-win solution is always your target. Other skills include; Communicative, well formulated and a good teacher Interested and skilled in using statistics to analyze performance Task orientated and skilled in project management, able to keep a lot of information and actions in order and under control Being a good quality auditor - comparing what you see in the audits with relevant requirements and conveying your findings in a constructive way Proficiency and interest in the use of personal computers, interfaced to databases of various types Appropriate language skills for our international markets, minimum fluent in English Your background You have probably a university degree in business management or economy, but this can be compensated with relevant experience and personal profile. You have significant experience from working in an automotive or construction equipment dealership, or at least worked very close to such Dealers. You have been involved and responsible in projects as well as continuous improvement tasks. You have been involved in establishing and implementing procedures, performance measurements or quality tools. Naturally all experience from the construction equipment industry is a merit. You will be located in Eskilstuna, travel substantially and report to Vice President Business Development & Strategy. The sooner you can start work the better.
