We are now looking for a Process Leader for the Sales & Range team to support all the IKEA retailers that are using our Retail Package and to be part of developing this package to meet the future demands of the customers and IKEA retailers. One important focus at the moment is to further improve and develop new processes and system functionality to enable a retail market approach.
This role contains mainly the following areas of work:
To lead competence development activities for retailers in the existing and new markets including expansion activities
Manage a network of super users with the purpose to share best practice, gather business requirements and identify common business needs for future improvements
Lead development of learning materials and communication towards the retailers to ensure they are competent to operate the system
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) and will be located in Malmö, Sweden. Travel will be required when possible (COVID-19 restrictions currently apply)
