We make sure that there is clean air that allows us humans to live and work together.Systemair is hiring a process leader for technical documentation to manage continued implementation, improvement and increased efficiency of the process for production of technical documentation in the group including both process and tools.
Background
Systemair is in the middle of a journey to implement and manage a harmonized production process for technical manuals. Quality guidelines and strategies are defined, accepted and implemented in major production sites and we are now looking for a target-oriented process leader who can continue the successful implementation project and continue to encourage quality improvement.
About the job
The process leader has a task of developing, coordinating, and leading from an overall perspective of the existing process, methods and tools including managing the licenses and the cooperation with our partner to achieve our objective. The process leader reports to the Group Technical Director.
In this position, you will:
• Implement process structures in Systemairs manufacturing companies
• Continue to develop and streamline working methods
• Clarify overall requirements and support manufacturing companies in the time of change
• Lead improvement projects and act as a team leader for our technical writers
• Manage cooperation with service providers and coordinate activities
• Support relevant functions/departments and participate in common development projects
• Manage and continue to develop the license-setup for low-cost and high efficiency
• Manage the budget and invoices for the area
About you
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
• 3-5 years of experience from Systemair products or the HVAC business is preferred
• Experience from working with project management or equivalent is desired
• A sense of structure and order
• Experience from managing a budget, forecast
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking
• Swedish speaking or willingness to learn Swedish
• A fast learner who is driven and self-motivated
• A built-in sense of structure and order
• Experience from working with technical writing, XML tools, content management is a plus

Start date as soon as possible.
Location:
The location is preferably Systemair HQ, Industrivägen 3, Skinnskatteberg, or possibly from one of the existing Systemair offices in Europe. It is possible to work partly remote.
